All bookings are handled online through our Zenoti booking portal. You can choose your service, your stylist, and a time that works for you. If it's your first visit and you're not sure where to start, book a complimentary 15-minute consultation and we'll plan the right service together.

Policy

Cancellation Policy.

We hold time and product for every appointment. Our cancellation policy is the same one applied when you book through Zenoti.

  • 01Cancel or modify any appointment at no charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled start time.
  • 02Cancellations made within 24 hours are charged 50% (or more, depending on the service).
  • 03Reschedules made within the 24-hour window are also charged 50% of the scheduled service.
  • 04No-shows are charged in full.
  • 05Courtesy appointment reminders are sent 48 hours in advance by SMS and email.
